Dave Smith is President of PlayAllSports.net and ReadyGearBasketball.com. PlayAllSports has been the basketball training provider for Waterford Community Education since 2009. For seven years, Dave has been an NCAA Certified event coach and is the current AAU Basketball Director for PABReady.net and TeamBasketball.org. Formerly, he was Regional Manager for Playced.com; Assistant Woman’s Varsity Basketball Coach at Rochester College and Women’s Varsity Head Coach at Walled Lake Western High School. He is a 20 year Clarkston business owner and former Board of Education Trustee for Waterford Schools.
Dave is a graduate of Illinois State University where he was an Outside Linebacker for the Redbirds 1986-90. He is a native of Indiana and moved to Michigan in 1997 with his wife Dee who is a 3rd Grade teacher in Clarkston. Dave also serves on the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Rochester College Foundation Board of Directors. Dave and Dee have three children and reside in Waterford, Michigan. Their two oldest children, Kendall and Rachel, both graduated from Waterford Kettering High School and played college basketball at Northwood University and Rochester College respectively. Their youngest child, Denton, is a two-sport athlete at Clarkston High School.

Coach Holly Mierzejewski was Assistant Womens Basketball Coach at Oakland University and Miami University. She is the JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach at Walled Lake Western HS. As a player, Mierzejewski was a four-year letter winner at Miami University. The Walled Lake Western graduate earned All-Mid-American Conference and All-Academic Team honors while at Miami. Coach Mierzejewski was a science teacher and seventh grade girls basketball coach at Wilson Junior High in Hamilton, Ohio and a science teacher at Roaring Fork High School in Carbondale, Colorado.
